About

Women Who Rise is a place to read and listen to chapter-based fiction. Finding a voice, rebuilding a life, and choosing a future of your own.

Who we publish for

Our intended audience is adult readers, including readers in midlife and later life who enjoy emotional, character-led storytelling. Large text, chapter navigation and audio make it easier to choose how to read.

Stories and real memories

Our reading library is fiction unless a series explicitly identifies a different status. A realistic scene is not evidence of a real event. My Life Story is a separate feature for planning a personal story or family film; an example there is not a published customer testimonial.

Who operates this website

My Life Story / American Story is operated by GREEN PAPAYA CAFE. This website is part of the My Life Story network; related brands share publishing tools, but each has a different editorial focus.
